Hints & Tips

Aloe Propolis

Tip 1

Noah, who is now 6 months old, had a rash on his neck, elbow and knee joints probably from his clothes rubbing.  I asked my health visitor what could be done and she suggested seeing the doctor for some hydrocortisone cream!!!  I decided not to take her advice (!) and tried some Aloe Propolis cream as I use it for my own skin irritations and the rash went away almost instantly.

Tip 2

Do you enjoy swimming but hate the way your face feels when you get out after all the chlorine has penetrated its way in? Well just use Aloe Propolis Creme as your moisturiser before you swim and feel the benefit that the deep moisturising and barrier effect has during and after your dip. That way your skin and your health will stay in top condition.

Tip 3

I have always had nails that break and split as soon as they begin to grow. Since I have started rubbing Aloe Propolis Creme into my nails every day they have become strong and long!

Tip 4

With the current cold and windy weather, I find applying a little Aloe Propolis Crème onto my lips not only keeps them soft, but creates a barrier against the cold elements of winter!!

Aloe Vera Jelly

Tip 1

Keep the Aloe Vera Gelly tube in the car for when your eyes get sore and tired from driving. Just smooth a little over the eyelid and under the eye – not in the eyes of course. It revives, cools and refreshes, especially at this time of year.

Tip 2

Use Aloe Vera Gelly as massage lotion and add your favourite essential oils. Put Gelly into a bowl and a few drops of oils. Mix in well with fingertips and then apply to area to be massaged. My favourite is mandarin and lavender! When applied to the skin, it feels cool and then within a few minutes, once the Aloe has been absorbed into the skin, a tingling sensation is felt when the oils reach the lower layers of the skin. This sensation lasts for some time while the oils and Gelly are doing their work!!

Tip 3

I have had very irritated eyes due to a hay fever allergy from tree pollen which resulted in several sty’s in both eyes. I put the pure Aloe Gelly on a cotton bud and wiped it as close as I could to my eye. Very quickly the irritation calmed and the sty disappeared as quickly as it came.
